Pepper Carlson

CEO and Executive Producer at Dream Big Pictures, Pepper Carlson has had the privilege of working with many creative companies and talented people. Her pension for the esoteric and her love for making magic find her gloriously happy behind the scenes of some amazing music videos and commercials. She was also the UPM on "Godless" a short film that won the 2005 National Board of Review Award. From there she went on to produce numerous promos for Spike TV, several webisodes for Dell Global and a Pilot for Spike TV.

An avid positive thinker, Carlson is simultaneously launching a new product for the retail market, is in pursuit of getting her first self-help memoir published, and is writing the web series "Coloring Outside the Lines: Bringing Hope to the Forgotten Child".  Her projects are all intertwined and geared toward helping others. 

The consummate humanitarian, she even told George Clooney on set of the Peacemaker that she felt that she should tend to his (fake) wound and when he asked her if she was a nurse she said, "No, I'm a humanitarian".

Carlson will always go for the laugh.

Alex Hulsey

Alex Hulsey was a sponsored snowboarder who grew up in the Green Mountains. Alex discovered his passion for film while making snowboard movies with his friends. By the time he got to college, dreams of going to the X-games had been replaced with dreams of directing movies.

He pursued an education in film at the University of Arizona, graduating with a BFA in Film Production. Alex has directed several short films, one of which was accepted at the Playhouse Film Festival in Los Angeles. He is currently using his skill sets in the Music Video industry.

Alexis Grapsas

Alexis Grapsas is a composer for film, television, and visual media. With a background that includes classical training, composition studies and advanced knowledge of modern music technology, he has developed a unique voice identified by lyrical writing and original sound.

As a composer and multi-instrumentalist, he uses a variety of scoring approaches that involve orchestra recording, acoustic instruments, electronic sounds, synthesis, and music programming. Originally from Greece, Alexis is a Berklee film scoring major graduate and has won various composition and scoring awards. In addition to music for film, his work includes concert music, jazz compositions, orchestration, and music production.

Mark Strohman

Mark Strohman was born and raised in San Diego, California where he worked for the city of San Diego as a disaster recovery specialist. He spent a year on the first response team to Katrina and upon arrival back in Los Angeles he worked as a counselor in a homeless youth center.

Strohman found his love for entertainment in 2001 when he was approached to be a lead in the independent film, Railed. He then went on to have a successful career both in front and behind the camera. Mark continues to act, write, produce and develop projects that help him express his belief in the way of the peaceful warrior.

Geno Andrews

Since the mid 1990's Geno Andrews has been at the forefront of a myriad of different design fronts. His company Presto Studios released the world's first interactive, virtual movie on CD ROM called The Journeyman Project.

He launched one of the first enhanced CD's working under Danny Goldberg of Atlantic Records with his company The Digital Realm Company. As a freelance designer he's been using his digital talents building websites, creating digital and print media advertising, writing, producing directing and editing video promotional pieces and doing package design & branding for his clients through his graphic design company Fish Out Of Bowl.

Geno is also an award winning writer/director of several short films and his feature film, Cold Play, was released in 2008 through Vanguard Cinema.

Miranda Collins

Native to Santa Monica with the heart of the Entertainment Industry nearby, Miranda Collins grew up in a very creative and alternative community that was influenced by the ingenuity and entrepreneurship of Hollywood. She was introduced to the many facets of entertainment by her actor father and the writers, directors, and producers that he called friends.

Fascinated by the artistic environment that surrounded her throughout her childhood, Collins explored and developed her own means of expression through music, art, photography, and writing. After living and working in Europe and traveling in Central America, she finds herself back in Los Angeles where she belongs and working in the industry she loves.

Kelly Bowen

A Florida transplant, Kelly Bowen, grew up in a small town in Central Florida. Her love for photography led her to a career in film production. A graduate of Miami International Fine Arts College; Kelly was the first female writer/director in the college's history to be awarded a senior thesis film. This film "Varmit Day" went on to win multiple awards in local film festivals. The experience taught her many things; the most relevant being that she didn't want to direct, but rather produce. She worked in the Miami market for many years before venturing West to conquer Hollywood.

Kelly has worked in every major market in the film industry from music videos to network television. She thrives in the pressure and enjoys her work immensely. Bringing a big smile and child like enthusiasm to every job, are some of the attributes that make Kelly fun to work with.

David Hidalgo

David serves as Accountant Manager, Tax Accountant. He founded 101 Accounting and Taxes after 7 strong years of background in general accounting and taxation. He graduated from one of the top Universities in Venezuela in Business Administration & Accounting. He has overall responsibility for strategic direction and business development. David provides guidance to business compliance at the federal, state and local level.

River Harlow

River Harlow attended a minority high school that supported arts & music where she would receive a scholarship upon graduation. Moving to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting would find an award winning Latina Model.

Looking for a position that would allow her the opportunity to explore her passion for production landed her a permanent place in the Dream Big family. Harlow is looking forward to making a difference in the world and helping people think outside the box.
